By downloading, installing, or using RedGazer ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to use the App.

RedGazer is a media browser application that allows users to browse content from Lemmy and Bluesky platforms. The App acts as an interface to access publicly available content and does not host or store content directly.

3. User Account and Security

3.1 Account Requirements

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Lemmy/Bluesky credentials
  • You agree not to share your account credentials with third parties

3.2 Account Restrictions

  • One person or legal entity may not maintain multiple accounts for abusive purposes

  • You may not use the App for unauthorized automated access

  • You retain rights to content you create and share through the App
  • You grant us a license to use, store, and display your content for App functionality
  • You are responsible for content you post through the App

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REDGAZER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the App at any time
  • Change features or functionality
  • Update these Terms at any time
  • Change or remove content

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of BC, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
